LiveWell Goals

  • How is the Energized metric worked out?
    Each of the four daily goals contributes 25 per cent to your overall energy level. As you complete each activity, your energised value will increase accordingly, with the aim to reach 100 per cent energised each day, by completing all four goals – Sleep, Exercise, Move and Reflect.
  • Why do I need to complete four activities each day?
    LiveWell focuses on holistic health approach – that is, supporting both your physical and mental wellbeing. By achieving your four daily goals – sleeping for between seven and nine hours, exercising for 20 minutes, taking at least 5,000 steps and spending five minutes practising mindfulness – you are enabled to actively support both physical and mental health, and thereby contributing to your overall energy levels.
  • Can I have more than one fitness app connected to LiveWell at the same time?
    Yes, you can link multiple fitness apps and wearable devices to the LiveWell App at the same time. Our algorithms merge activity data in a way that no duplicate activity is recorded, giving you an accurate reflection of your daily activity, even if multiple apps and devices are connected at the same time.
