Sales Manager - AUZ

We operate in global markets working closely with the Zurich Insurance companies but also with Service Providers and Retailers with the key mission of creating healthier, happier lives for customers & employees.

Our aim is to empower individuals to own their total health and wellbeing through health education, best-practice prevention focused on lifestyle activities, goal setting, health challenges and responsive health services such as telemedicine.

Your Role

In this role you’ll be responsible for activating the LiveWell growth strategy in Australia, New Zealand and support other APAC countries.  You will work to segment, identify, and progress a pipeline of opportunities with several existing and new partners which include Zurich Insurance Businesses, Service providers, Retailers, Utilities companies and Health Services Groups, among others.

You will be working with our proposition team and several internal and external stakeholders to bring these opportunities to life for customers, insureds, and employees of these different companies. The role reports into the APAC Head of Sales & Distribution.

Key Responsibilities

•       Achieve the growth plan by mapping the market, identifying customer challenges and opportunities in line with agreed objectives and sales targets

•       Lead generation through multiple channels and management of the entire sales cycle to close new business

•       Influence and negotiate with multiple stakeholders in different functions (internal and external)

•       Prepare and deliver engaging presentations, demos and communicating the value proposition to our customers.

•       Explore and pitch new ideas and opportunities to grow existing client propositions and accounts

•       Deliver pre-sales activities, encompassing responding to prospect queries and offering expertise to ensure a seamless customer onboarding experience

Skills & Experience

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about working in the digital wellbeing sector and will possess the following skills:

•       Self-motivated, creative and goal orientated

•       Proficiency in negotiation, facilitating the closure of sales transactions and attainment of sales objectives   

•       Experience in either Sales, Distribution, Proposition or Account Management

•       Proven ability to build and maintain new and existing relationships, comprehending the customer’s needs and delivering tailored solutions  

•       Highly adaptable and resilient, able to multitask in a fast-paced ever-changing environment

•       Demonstrable problem-solving skills with the ability to take ownership and demonstrate personal commitment to delivering for the business
