“Meditate for Men’s Mental Health” COMPETITION
FULL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Zurich LiveWell Services and Solutions Limited, a subsidiary of Zurich Insurance Group LTD with offices in Talstrasse 83, 8001 Zurich, Switzerland (Hereinafter the Promoter) is organizing in co-ordination with Zurich Financial Services Australia Limited (A.B.N. 11 008 423 372) (“Zurich Financial Services”) this Competition, called “Meditate for Men’s Mental Health” (hereinafter the “Competition”).
1. By participating in the Boost, you accept these Rules and the LiveWell App Terms & Conditions, and confirm you have read and understood the LiveWell Privacy Notice.
This Competition is open to consumers (natural persons only) living in Australia who are of legal age in their country of residence at the start of the Competition (hereinafter “Participant”).
Participation in this Competition is free of charge and no purchase is necessary. However, internet access and an Android/iOs smartphone are required to enter: having a wearable device is not mandatory and won’t affect a Participant’s chance of winning a prize.
Any person entering into or participating in this Competition is deemed to have accepted and to be bound by these terms and conditions.
1. Validity period
The Competition is open from 00.01 AEST on 5/06/2024 until 23.59 AEST on 11/06/2024 (hereinafter “Validity period” or “Entry period”).
2. Entry and participation
To enter, Participants must during entry period:
· Download the LiveWell App, connect and sync their wearable device (if they have one) or their smartphone;
· Set up their LiveWell App profile and register with first name, last name and email address;
· Join the team;
· Read and accept these terms and conditions;
· Use the LiveWell App to track the number of mediation minutes according with the instructions provided.
Please note: 1 entry per person and e-mail address.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and participants, including the participant’s identity, age and place of residence, and to disqualify any participant who breaches these terms and conditions or tampers with the registration process or the Competition.
3. WINNERS’ SELECTION
This Competition is a game of skill, and chance plays no part in determining the winners.
At the end of the Validity period, the one (1) participant with the highest total meditation minutes recorded within the Entry Period will be the winner.
In case of a tie with more than one individual reaching the same meditation score, the one who registered first wins.
The prize will be awarded as follows:
· 1st ranked Participant wins: 1x Polar Pacer Pro Sport Watch
For prize details, see clause 4 below.
4. PRIZES DETAILS
The following prize is available to be awarded to the winner:
· 1x Polar Pacer Pro Sport Watch (approximate retail value AUD$549)
5. WINNERS’ NOTIFICATION and PRIZE REDEMPTION
The winners will be contacted by email and must provide their residential address for postage of their prize within 21 calendar days to redeem it (see more details below).
If a Participant is unable to take the prize or fails to provide the required information within the specified timeframe, the Participant could be disqualified, and the prize will be considered forfeited. In such cases, the Promoter reserves the right – at their own discretion – to offer the prize to an alternative winner, selected based on the ranking. The Promoter accepts no responsibility if a winner cannot be contacted for any reason.
LiveWell will contact the winner via mail within 10 days of completion of the Competition i.e. 1st ranked Participant requesting, via a return email reply, their residential address and contact number to facilitate the delivery of its prize. In summary, the prize redemption process for the winner will be:
· Reply to LiveWell winner’s notification email support.livewell@zurich.com within 21 calendar days of receiving the email.
· Provide your residential address and contact number for prize delivery via post or courier.
· Contact details will be provided to Polar for fulfilment and postage of the relevant prize.
The Promoter does not bear liability for any loss caused by incorrect or inaccurate contact details.
Polar is entitled to choose the delivery method of all prizes at its sole discretion. Polar is not responsible for any taxes, customs charges or other costs required for or related to receiving a prize. The Promoter will further not compensate any prize that cannot be redeemed or received by a winner due to customs or other local regulations or that is damaged, delayed or lost by postal, courier or other mail service.
Each winner is required to independently declare and pay any applicable taxes and charges that a prize gives rise to in the winner’s jurisdiction.
No prize is transferable, and no prize may be claimed in cash or changed to another prize or arrangement.
However, in the event of unforeseen circumstances or circumstances outside of the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to amend, withdraw or substitute a prize for an alternative prize or arrangement.
6. PRIVACY
Personal information provided by and related to the Participants will be held and used by the Promoter, and its group companies, suppliers and contractors in the extent necessary for carrying out and administering this Competition, in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Notice. The Privacy Notice can be read in the LiveWell App in the menu under “Privacy & Security”.
By participating in the Competition the Participants are deemed to accept and to be bound by these terms and conditions and to have given consent to the transfer and processing of their personal data by the Promoter for the purposes of this Competition in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Notice.
7. General
o Information on how to enter forms part of these term and conditions. By participating, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
o The Promoter cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury (including indirect or consequential loss) suffered by any entrant entering the Competition or as a result of accepting any prize. However, nothing shall exclude the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
o The Promoter is not responsible for any technical problems or human error that may result in a registration, submission or entry not being received or being lost or damaged or for any destruction or alteration thereof, or unauthorized access to the Livewell App.
o The Promoter’s decisions regarding any aspect of this Competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter may refuse to award a prize to any person, for any reason.
o The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, vary, cancel or suspend an element of a prize if, due to circumstances outside of its control, that element is no longer available. The Promoter will not be responsible for, or liable to any winner, if all or part of a prize is not available or must be varied or cancelled for any reason. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize or an element of the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value.
o The Promoter is not responsible for any third party acts.
o This Competition is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.
o If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.
o If this Competition is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter including because of war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster (including natural disaster), infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, technical failures or any which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Competition, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel this Competition, as appropriate.
o The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these conditions of entry, or if the entrant is engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Competition. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
o These Full Terms and Conditions have been written in English any translation is to be intended as a courtesy translation. In case of inconsistencies between the English and the translation version, the English version shall prevail.

This Competition shall be governed by Laws of Switzerland.
