Zurich appoints Stephanie Lloyd CEO of LiveWell by Zurich

May 2, 2022 – Zurich Insurance Group (Zurich) has appointed Stephanie Lloyd CEO of LiveWell by Zurich, Zurich’s health and wellbeing business. Ms. Lloyd joins LiveWell on July 1 and will report to Jack Howell, CEO of Zurich Global Ventures. She succeeds Helene Westerlind – who has been named as CEO Zurich Portugal – and will relocate to Zurich for her new role. 

Ms. Lloyd comes to Zurich from Toggle®, where she was the Founder and President as well as Head of New Ventures for Farmers. In her 15-year career at Farmers, Stephanie has built deep experience in product, pricing, strategy, underwriting, sales and business development. After rising to Chief Underwriting Officer in Personal Lines, she was chosen to develop Toggle in 2018. Toggle debuted that year with a fresh take on renters’ insurance and has since added auto insurance to its expanding portfolio of products.  

Since its inception in 2021, LiveWell has built a new business from the ground up, from creating a new brand to building a new technology platform focussed on wellbeing. It has also signed on large corporate customers and boosted its user base substantially.
