MindWell offers holistic well-being support to help identify and resolve the concerns of daily life. Local specialists are on hand 24/7 to help talk things through and offer expert advice on what to do next. 

Having relationship trouble? Not sure how to resolve a workplace disagreement? Just need someone to talk to? MindWell is here for support.

How does it work?

Provided by TELUS health, MindWell is designed to help find solutions to life’s stressful moments. Simply answer a few questions about what’s troubling you and get connected with a local specialist to talk it over.

Work through your problem over the course of 6 sessions and find a resolution to act on. You don’t even need to use all 6 sessions – TELUS’ specialists often only need 5 sessions to reach a solution anyway!

We all face moments of stress. Sometimes all we need is someone to talk to, to help figure out what to do next. MindWell provides an objective ear to listen, and an expert voice to offer advice.

MindWell is not a therapy service. We’re not here to get into deep psychoanalysis. We’re here to offer support. From finances to family drama, MindWell is on hand to help figure it out.

Best-in-class security means you stay completely anonymous, and no data is shared between TELUS and LiveWell. Have peace of mind knowing that anything discussed will stay between you and a professional.
