  • My App isn’t working as it should. How can I troubleshoot?

    The first step is to check the app store to ensure you are running the latest version of the LiveWell App, as updating your App can help to resolve minor technical issues you may be experiencing. If the issue you are experiencing continues, contact support by emailing support.livewell@zurich.com.
